I didn't care much for the options available on the market, so I created these templates from the diagram I found at this URL: http://skyway.s3.amazonaws.com/FloydRose/FROriginalRoutingDiagramsInchesPacket.pdf If you're looking for the stew mac golden age variation. I have also made that here : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2636557 This set of routing guides is intended for creating better routing guides out of wood, the idea is screw the piece to down to some half inch stock and cut away the better template using bearing router bit. I'm not sure if the template will hold up with a straight shaft 1/4" router bit, but the bulk of the routing can be done with a 3/8" bearing bit, and the corners can be cleaned up with a gouge. These templates also have two small holes to mark the post positions, and grooves to mark the center lines of the post and the body center line. For a Floyd Rose , the posts should be 7/16" forward of the nominal bridge fulcrum line. With exception to the back plate, if you stack these all together, they should all line up in their correct positions.
