FLSun Q5 - Enclosure and Mount for BTT TFT24

This is a design for a simple enclosure for the BigTreeTech TFT24 (v1.1) and a mount which is compatible with the existing TFT cutout on the FLSun Q5. Why? - I have replaced the MKS Robin Nano board which is standard on the Q5 with an SKR 1.4 Turbo. I did this because: 1. The stock Q5 firmware isn't very well optimised (to say the least). 2. Building Marlin for the MKS Robin Nano was causing me headaches. 3. Achieving UART control for the TMC220x drivers on the Robin Nano seemed to be a bit of a hack. The MKS Robin TFT24 is not compatible with the SKR 1.4 as it uses a high density FSMC connector. The BTT TFT24 has both a UART connection, which works well with the SKR1.4 in touch screen mode, and EXP1 and EXP2 connectors for use with Marlin mode. As it happens, I am now running RepRap Firmware for LPC on the SKR 1.4 with an ESP8266 WiFi interface. There is a modified firmware for the TFT24 which makes it work well with the RRF firmware (see links below).
