Just a simple Pre print Nozzle cleaner that helps in starting each print with ease and less adhesion issues using a brass polishing wheel To install simply unscrew one corner of the motor mount screws and attach the bracket, the overhang should be slightly over the print bed Next you wana program the action to use the nozzle cleaner into your slicer, First go to the option that allows you to change the beginning or ending code of every G-code in your slicer options, Home your printer first, then you want to manually move the print head till your directly over the cone of the polishing wheel then you wana have it lowered just enough to were on exiting it will brush against the brass wires, then you wana Write down The X and Y and Z positions on a piece of paper (Example.X34.50 Y65.00 Z44) Second move your printer manually to were its out of the way of the Nozzle cleaner and as soon as its clear of the brass polish wheel and you can in no way hit it, write down only the X and Y axis you wont need Z because it wont change Now thirdly go to your G-code editor and you wana enter the the first position your printer travels to to be set to the first set of coordinates you collected from the first step (Example G1 X34.50 Y65 Z44 F1500) F = how fast the printer will go adjust if it moves to slow Then you wana scroll down to the line of code that waits for the heaters to heat before it starts printing, you wana add G1 E15 to extrude some filament , (The 15 value is simply how much filament is extruded), then right under that line of code you just added you wana add your second set of Coordinates you collected exactly like the example above then under that you wana add the code G92 E0 To reset the extruders position, and BINGO Pre Extruded and wiped nozzle ready for printing Simple to print just print it sideways i printed mine at 20% infill PETG and sturdy ****WARNING**** be very careful not to let it lower so much that the entire brush is touching the heatblock the brass wires could cause a short on the heating element wires or thermistor wires so keep it to were the brass only touches about half the nozzle and nothing more, Nor am i responsible if you don't know what your doing and you wreck your Printer, if my explination wasnt clear look up how to enter manual commands into gcode
