DONT WORK WELL ENOUGH AT 250MM/S WITH STANDARD PLA Parts used: duet3d IR probe (stock probe compatible) Rapido uhf (doesnt support normal hf) 3010 24v hotend fan from pengda 5015 24v sunon part cooling fans (they are pwm controlled, dont know if stock board has a free pwm pin)(trimming of one mounting pointbis required) Bondtech lgx lite with ldo stepper Filament: prusament asa in prusa orange and sapphire blue; black part is Formfutura ApolloX asa My design differs from all designs in the orientation of the part cooling fans, both intakes are facing outwards instead of only one direction Modeled in creo 4, source files not available to share (special company version, probably will throw one or two errors on other versions) Color coding: light green: M3 insert orange: M3 taping blue: M2.5 taping yellow: hole for M3 red: hole for M2.5 All holes need redrilling in order to provide a smooth insert or threading finish DRILL SLOWLY AND ,IF POSSIBLE, ON A DRILL PRESS. DRILL BEFORE APPLYING THREADED INSERTS TO PREVENT THE DRILL BIT FROM CATCHING ON THE INSERTS. Current Version: V0.3 Beta Changelog: 1.1 Alpha: added support for ADXL345 and MPU6050 accelerometers, changed part cooling duct geometry, changed ir probe mount for easier instalation 0.2 Beta: modified gyroscope mount for more secure mounting, edited MPU6050 mounting hole distance (faulty imported step file), added duct design base, B, C, D, D refined with the most promising being C; added wire management as well as a bowden coupler for a reverse bowden setup that mounts instead of the stock extruder stepper 0.3 Beta: added sealing to 5015 fans; updated ADXL hole spacing; added universal gyroscope mount, one hole is already in the file, the other one needs drilling, a guiding slot is in place; Note: Duet3d Probe should get some tinfoil on heatshield to prevent warping of the part Benchy was printed at 250mm/s 12500mm/s² with ASA no cooling pictures for reference only, outdated ATM 3D PRINTING SETTINGS blue and orange parts: Prusament ASA: 255/115 on PEI bed, with 4% cooling (dual 5015 fans) black: Formfutura ApolloX 245/90 on PEI bed 20% cooling Supports: yes, leave screw holes without support For housings I strongly recommend tree supports/draw on support or only touching build plate, regular supports will fall out of the cutouts Fan ducts: no supports or with support blockers on the outside.
