Attached are my orca profiles. Download them and then import them to Orca Slicer! The STL file is simply a generic cube I made for scenarios such as this. if your feeling kind, please download it from PRINTABLES so I can keep track of ppl using my profile for reference. Thank you! ~The "FLSUN v400 Anti ooze" is the orca printer profile. this is the profile FOR the printer. ~The "Filament Fremover GST iiidmax" file is the filament profile. this is for PLA and will need modified as needed to fit your filaments. Notice that in the filament section I have my extrusion ratio set at the numbers I found to work best AND I also have the volumetric speed capped at 15mm3s. This will be greatly dependent upon the filament itself. Filaments with a lower viscosity (like abs) will flow at a higher speed. As with all filaments, you will need to tune for each. ~The files that start with 0 are layer height profiles. ive included my 0.16 fast and slow, 0.2 fast and slow, and the 0.3 layer height profiles. Use and tune each as needed. ################# !! WARNING !! ####################### I dont recommend changing the acceleration or jerk settings unless your an advanced user who knows what they do! My 0.3 layer height speed settings have been configured for maximum speed using a 0.4 nozzle at .3 layer height and .45 line width! Adjusting speed higher MAY result in failed prints. just a heads up! (I respected the 35mm3s volumetric speed of the hotend when calculating these speeds..) ################# !! END WARNING !! ####################
