Replacement stand mounting part for a Fluke 97 Scopemeter. Mine's been disintegrating over the past few years. Far from perfect, but to the point that I'm done fiddling with it (at least for now). Instructions I actually just printed this on a fast setting (100mm/sec) & it seems fine. Screw holes aren't really optimized for printing, so the corners there come out a little rough -- may want to try printing with support if you have trouble -- but I just let it be a little messy and cleaned up the area with a hobby knife.
