3D printable tuning rudder for the FLUX It is designed to fit the FLUX foam wings. The printable version consist of three parts. Version 1 is to take the original GFK rudderhorn. Version 2 has the rudderhorn designed in the part. All the parts should be printed in upright position. Use brim support. Print every part individually. Use my Cura profile as reference (single wall, no infill, 130% wall extrusion, 6 top layer, 6 bottom layer, 4 initial bottom layer, 30% overlapping, less retract, move over printed parts, print hot and slow, preferably PLA) Use 0,4mm nozzle. Use CURA 4.13.1 Before glueing parts together check fit. Dechamfer all parts and mating surfaces. Glue the rudder on a level surface with a straight docking line. To connect rudder to wing use tesa aluminum tape. Additional parts can be found at https://flybot.de
