Flying disc launcher

This is a fly toy designed in Fusion 360. It's somehow inspired by some other designs seen here and there but that were provided without the design file. Re-designing was for me a good way to practice intermediate level fusion 360 and 3d printing challenges. Design file (Fusion 360) is parametric so you can choose number of wings, number of guide thread in the driving mechanism, angle of incidence, etc. Stills kids are having fun : https://photos.app.goo.gl/j6FvvBe1h2XqeotW8 The handle will fit 2 608zz ball bearing so that the rotor can rotate smoothly. No string handle is provided. I cannot say which disc settings gives the best performances. It all seems to be a trad-off between disc moment of inertia, angle of incidence, number of blades etc. 3 blades with a pretty high angle of incidence give good result and often end on the roof ! **For the flying part, two very important print settings (under CURA) are the infill line Directions and top/bottom line Directions that must be set to match the number of wings and the object symmetry (e.g. 120° if you use 3 wings)**
