Flying Helicopter Toy - New Tail

Modified the tail section of the Flying Helicopter Toy by 3DBROOKLYN to make it print without support and so it fits better into the body and teeth of the blades. The part with teeth is too thin and doesn't always contact the teeth of the blades, so this version is thicker and works more reliably. Also removed the tail numbers to make it easier for future users to customize with their own text. Using my Prusa MK3, printed at .2mm resolution and 20% infill. I printed the first 15 layers as solid so the part would be stronger, as that's the point at which the teeth part connects fully to the tail body.
