Flying Tourbillon Model III

I was dissatisfied with Model II, so here is a better example for #teamplanetary. It uses the same basic mechanics but offset to the side for a more compact, albeit taller overall package. Another difference from the previous two efforts is that this is a 20 second tourbillon rather than a 60 second version. This means that this model actually meets my original goal of being ID tag powered. I do not think this one is as accurate as version 1 (depicted above) due to the tourbillon cage not being perfectly balanced. Even so, it still ticks merrily away for just under a minute limited by the length of my ID tag chain. frameb and the base require supports. 2mm pins hold the frames together and I added some PVA glue to help them out.
