This is quick release buckle for Flysky Nirvana NV-14. Printed in PLA (or other material) Layer 0.2 Brim, supports - everywhere, use roof/floor (cura) for better quality Infil 25-30% for PLA, or 60% for PETg What you need for assembly: a) unused radio strap b) 4xM3 5mm bolts c) Strong ~6x18mm spring, regular 3D printer hot bed leveling spring will do the job These below do not fit, but I will make changes to fit them. Will upload new stls soon. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-lot-3-D-printer-accessory-feeder-spring-for-Ultimaker-Makerbot-Wade-extruder-nickel-plating-1/32720394253.html or https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-lot-3-D-printer-accessory-feeder-spring-for-Ultimaker-Makerbot-Wade-extruder-nickel-plating-1/32719569686.html Still in testing phase. Thing looks strong and secure. Will see how it will perform in the field. Here how looks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OchZ0FJEk0I If feeling unsecure you can take one long screw - it is possible to screw trough both end holes. Tighten arm holding bolts is not recomended as the spring will not work then. To do: Add spacer in arm hole, to separate both bolts. Now you should guess how tight to tighten the arm holding screws. Spacer should make you stop at rigth depth. Update: NirvanaBuckle_8.stl, made stronger but requires longer arm screws (7mmM3) Update2: For 7.5x20 springs (check reference to alliexpress). One version hard to press, second longer arms - easier to press. NirvanaStrap_Easy.stl NirvanaStrap_Hard.stl NirvanaStrap_Easy26.stl (for 26mm strap)
