As a newbie FPV quad pilot I struggled to get a comfortable and secure grip for pinching on the Nirvana Radio. I have experimented and printed a few of the available mods and ended up combining the two that gave me the most secure grip and sensitivity to make small, precise movements but also to have full gimbal travel mobility. I cannot stress how important a good grip is on the transmitter as a new pilot and it has significantly improved my flying abilities. Then again, each hand shape is different so your mileage may vary. This was modelled in VR in Oculus Medium, I imported the original two .stls and merged, sculpted and adjusted them till they seemed right.
