The FlyTester is designed to offer intuitive control over stepper motors, featuring options for position, speed, torque, and micro-stepping. It stands out as a versatile tool, enabling users to test rigs and machines incorporating stepper motors with unprecedented ease. From rapid motion to high torque and two-position flip-flop settings, it's tailored for a variety of applications. No setup is required, plug the motor pins into the 4 screw in terminal, set the current, step size, speed, and test the motor in what ever assembly its in. This comprehensive system is meticulously integrated onto a single board, featuring an IC stepper driver and a control signal generator responsive to reference inputs. We selected the TB67S series for its versatile range of features, compatibility with a wide range of motor sizes, and cost-effectiveness. It efficiently handles current control, allowing us to test stepper motors from NEMA 8 to NEMA 34. Although not at full power, it's sufficient for testing the motion of the assembly. The encoder generates two offset pulse signals, which our custom circuit design converts into control pulse and direction signals for the driver. This design also enables modulation of pulse signal frequency, enhancing the system's adaptability and control precision.Technical Specifications: IC Driver: TB67S109AFTG Stepper Motor Range: 0A to 4A (running at 24V; modifiable design) Current Control: 0A to 4A Micro-Stepping: 3 configurations (1:1, 1:4, 1:16) Position Control: Managed by rotary encoder Speed Control: 3 configurations, linked to encoder rotation
