Easily create a consistent bevel or chamfer on foam. This tool attaches to the end of a Dremel style tool and holds the sanding drum bit at 45 degrees. Run this tool along your material and the sanding drum will remove material to cut a 45 degree chamfer. The thread is the typical 3/4-12 found on the business end of most Dremel type tools. I have printed this both standing up (with the threaded hole vertical) and laying down. Standing Up prints the threads much better (in my opinion). Print the "Thread Test" STL first to make sure the thread fits your Dremel. There are several sizes of STLs attached. Each is for a different chamfer amount. The chamfer distance is measured from the corner of your workpiece to where the chamfer ends. 8mm is really the largest chamfer that is possible with the standard Dremel drum sander.
