Foam Core Box Mold Corners + Cutting Guide

Foam Core Box Mold Corners + Cutting Guide

thingiverse

This thing is a 90 degree corner for building a box mold out of foam core for casting. The foam fits snuggly into the slots and all you need to do after building is to glue it down to your surface. The inside edge of the corner features a notch every half inch to help you with figuring out how much volume you've filled. I've also made up a guide that helps to cut the foam core to size with a gap every inch from 1-4 inches.
