Foam Wheel --- 3D Printed and Laser Cut

This is a foam wheel designed for cheap 25mm gear motors (see link below for motors). These wheels don't have much grip on smooth surfaces but work well on carpet. These wheels work well with my 3D printed motor mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4135410 The hub is designed to be 3D printed with the flat side down, and no supports. The foam is 12mm EVA floormat foam, in this case specifically from a harbor freight floormat. The floormat lasers easily and is glued on with CA Glue. This is part of my modular 3D printed robot. As I finish the design, I'll update this page with links to the rest of the robot as the pieces are finished. I've included all CAD files including a STEP, and the original Fusion 360 Files.
