Fokker DR.1 Triplane

Fokker DR.1 Triplane

My interpretation of the legendary plane of the Red Baron. Fully equiped with Oberürsel engine, spandau machineguns and ofcourse tri decks of wings and appropriate maltese cross' Hopefully it will bring joy and and lots of airplane noise to your desktop :) A worthy enemy of the Fokker is in the making, either a Sobwith camel or a RAF SE. 5a The model isnt made to an exact scale of the original, but it resembles the original as much as possible. Instructions Rotate the various parts to fit your printer, all parts are designed without need for support and to minimize warp. My parts were printed with Faberdashery filament on an Ultimaker. Parts were sliced with a combo of Cura and Netfabb. Beware of the 3 wing parts, make sure they lay flat on the printbed, and they are printed with only 20% infill and reduced top and downskins to prevent warping. Print 4 of 10-29-10016, these are the same parts need for wing support. Part 10-29-10014 must be made both in the version uploaded and in a mirrored version. All parts are glued together, once printed the positions should be self explanatory, else feel free to ask!
