Foldable DJI Mini 2 or Mavic Air 2 remote sunshade

This is a foldable sunshade for DJI Mini 2 or Mavic Air 2 or any other drone with the same controller. The original idea was to have something like this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4675139 but as a thing that is fully foldable to have a slim sunshade which is easy to carry. So I came up with this design. ## You will need: - ~ 40cm 1x1.5mm² copper wire - 2pcs straight pins - 2pcs M3 nuts - 4pcs M3x10mm countersunk screw (DIN 965) (any length between 8-12mm could work but with 10mm is the best) - glue (to fix the nuts in place) ## Printing tips: - print the clips on the sides, so they could be much stronger. - print the other parts in a way that the flat face will be at the bottom. - I have printed it with 0.28mm layer height, but if you what better result for the hinges print it with 0.2. ## Assembly tips: - the copper wires go to the bigger hinges and the straight pins to the small hinges. - cut the copper wire into 2 part for the left and right hinges so it is easier to push them in - try to put the clips on when attaching the controller one by one, so you put less pressure on the metal bars - put some glue inside the tumbscrew socket (just make sure the threads won't have glue on them at the end) - put some glue also around the nuts as well ## Other things to consider: - my mobile on the pictures is about 16cm long and I have to put it a tiny bit to the left to fit the remote controller's connector, so if you have a bit bigger phone you can still put it more to the left, or you can print the right side with the cutout in that case the upper limit is about 17.5cm - you can carry the sunshade in the original DJI Mini 2 bag as you can see on the picture - the clips are changeable so if they would broke you can quickly replace them ## Changes compared to what I have printed: - the holes for the screws on the sides are closer to the hinges, this was done to have space for the cutout if you whould have a bigger phone - the clips on the bottom piece have some aligment walls which could help to align the clips properly - the nut holders for the bottom piece are moved to the bottom side of the bottom piece, first it was on the top and I tried to glue them in (to have a slim design) but they fell off, so I decided to move them to the bottom, in this way the clips lies better on the bottom piece.. Give some feedback about how how the printing went 3D view: https://youtu.be/Y13EmRGLTpE Putting it together with a controller: https://youtu.be/GMTGhfcyX8E
