Designed in SketchUp. This quad can fold up into a 12" x 8" x 3" envelope. Extended, this quad becomes a 450 sized frame. Instructions The wood used in this build are 1/2" square dowels. Each boom arm are 6.25" long. Each motor mount is attached with the foot with M3-25 screws and nuts. Each boom arm is sandwiched between two frame plates and attached with M3-25 screws and nuts. (Make sure the slotted sides are facing out.) The battery box (below the copter) and the brackets for a NAZA are attached with M3-12 screws and nuts. Motors are attached to the motor brackets with M3-8 screws. ESCs are ziptied to the boom arms. The quadcopter comes in at 30oz with battery.
