<p>Just published Folding Knife v2 &nbsp;&gt;&gt; &nbsp;<a href="https://www.printables.com/model/164309-folding-knife-v2">https://www.printables.com/model/164309-folding-knife-v2</a></p><p>The blade is in 2 halves: &nbsp;"Blade_Left" and "Blade_Right"<br>I made a safety version of the blade for younger adults: &nbsp;"Blade_Left_Safety" and "Blade_Right_Safety"<br>&nbsp;</p><p>The pictures pretty much show how it's assembled, but I also included "Do_Not_Print_Full_Knife.obj" for additional reference. &nbsp;All the parts are separate shells so you can separate them if need be for reference.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>I printed everything in PLA, except the spring was printed in PETG for flexibility.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>The spring needs a skirt and "Handle_Left" needs supports. &nbsp;(See below for an update)<br>&nbsp;</p><p>I glued everything together with Gorilla Glue. &nbsp;It takes a lot longer to dry, but holds really well.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Thanks to <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/37781-hd_creator"><strong>HD_Creator</strong></a>'s suggestion, I separated "Handle_Left" into 2 parts so it doesn't need supports. &nbsp;The new file is “Handle_Left_Separated”. &nbsp;I left the old file in case anyone still wants it in 1 piece.</p>
