Folding standing picture mirror

This is a handy little portable mirror which folds out and stands in a 45 degree (ish) angle. On the other side it has a place to insert a paper picture. The design accompanies a circular mirror with a diameter between 104 mm and 108 mm. My mirror was 106 mm and it was taken from an old broken frame. The picture inserted in the other side has to be a circular paper of 100 mm (10cm) in diameter. It has to be shoved under those "ears" to be held in place The hinge is put together by inserting pieces of raw 1,75 mm PLA filament into the corresponding holes on both parts, then the hinge piece has to be put on the ends of the filaments on both sides, and it is locked in place by melting the filament with a lighter and gently flattening the ends. The lock can be made with either a rubber line, on a piece of flexible TPU filament. In the pictures you can see the TPU method. A piece of filament is inserted into the corresponding hole, pulled out the other side, and the ends joined by melting with a lighter and pressing together, then the excess is cut off to make it look smooth. If a rubber band is used, it has to be tied with a knot since it cannot be melted together so elegantly.
