Folding Word Pencil Case

A customizable, folding, reversible, print-in-place word pencil case, with combined ruler edge and an 8-bit letter pencil topper. This is my entry for the #BackToSchool challenge. To print this successfully, please read the instructions. It is a large print so you will need a level build plate, and calibrated feed rate. If not, you should print with a slightly thicker wall thickness and higher hinge tolerance (gap) to get a good result. Here are a few links to my other back to school things. Bic Word Pen School Shoelace Badges Instructions The hinges are printed in place. Use a hinge tolerance of 0.3mm for a properly calibrated printer, or a 0.35mm tolerance and 4mm wall thickness if you are printing with the default settings in Makerware. This is pretty important to get right, if its too loose the box won't stay closed, too tight and it won't close :| I have been printing this successfully with a 150 micron layer height, 3 loops and 25% infill. This is a large print and will only fit on a Replicator 2/2X or similar sized build plate using the default length and width settings. This is best printed with multiple colours using the Sailfish Pause@zPos function. With the default thickness, pause the print at 0.9 mm and 2.6 mm (for customised versions, that is 0.9 mm and thickness - 0.9mm).
