Folger Tech 2020 i3 Z Axis Anti-Backlash Anti-Wobble guides Created from the idea / re-mix found here:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:141479 Created with FreeCAD and files included. For left and right - mirror the files in Slic3r or similar. These are a custom Z anti-backlash and bearing add on using qty=4 605ZZ bearings. They do however reduce Z travel by about 50 mm; but, using the Z motor mounts from here (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:936437) I've gained that back. [2017-02-28 update] z_axis_guide_bearing_no_hole_rev2 added by request. same as the other guide bearing, just no hole for flush mount. Remixed TNSI's lead screw holder for the smaller 5 mm bearing (stock lead screws) Like above - one is with the 10.5 mm hole & one without Print Settings Printer: Folger Tech i3 2020 Alum Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 100% for rigidity Notes: Run a few test layers to be sure the 605ZZ bearings fit tight & adjust accordingly. How I Designed This Designed with FreeCAD Used the original as guide and made new from ground up. Scale and fit issues can happen, us the FreeCAD files to adjust sizes and/or make your own. This will be handy esp. if you have different springs (I used some I had laying around in the shop from forever ago).
