Folger Tech 2020 Z Height Upgrade

This is a Z height upgrade for the Folger Tech Prusa i3 2020. Replace the bottom smooth rod mounts with these to gain 19mm Z height. Use in conjunction with others' Z motor lifts to maximize the Z height of your machine--all of the threaded rod will be in use at this point. This is tested and working well on my printer.
