Folger Tech FT-5 fan and autolevel modifications

Simple radial fan mount and inductance probe mount I designed and use on my Folgertech FT-5. The fan is mounted using 3mm x 20mm screws and for a slight boost in clearance the fan mount holes on the fan should be cut so the screw heads sit flush with the lower face of the fan. The fan mount attaches to the extruder through existing dead space between heat sink and extruder fan. The back plate replaces the melamine plate that comes with the kit with the addition of two slotted holes for the inductance probe to mount to. Marlin Firmware uploaded! Z-probe offset may need to be adjusted in the configuration.h file. Utilizes a 50mm radial fan and inductance probe from Amazon:50mm Radial Fan Inductance Probe -- NPN NC 4.8V The air diverter needs to be glued to the fan holder near the nozzle otherwise this fan will cool an actively heating nozzle by 50C and trip the thermal runaway settings. I also wrap my nozzle in pot holder insulation and at 100% fan speed the nozzle doesn't cool down at all.
