I designed this to replace the original melamine FT-25 control panel cover. This has a 60 degree viewing angle and a small kill switch to stop the print. I have printed this, and successfully fit the stock 2004 LCD panel inside. Because tolerances are tight you may need to lightly clean out the nob and kill switch holes with a blade or deburring tool. Inserting the SD card is easy through the provided slot. To pull out the SD card put your thumb on top of the card and bring your index finger around the back of the control panel, then pinch the card between thumb and index finger and pull out card. Print Settings Printer: Original Prusa I3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 Microns Infill: 30% Notes: I printed this with a 20mm brim to prevent warping. Post-Printing Tight Tolerances A little cleanup in the nob and kill switch holes with a blade or deburring tool to ensure smooth operation of these parts. You will want the nob and kill switch to move freely but not be sloppy. How I Designed This Autodesk Fusion 360
