These brackets are designed to keep the Amazon Signstek Tempered Borosilicate Glass Plate 2132003mm in place without binder clips. This is the glass is was designed for (other glass os similar size may work!?!?): Shttp://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QQ5Q3BI?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00 Print two brackets as is, and two parts mirrored. I was able to sue the same screws supplied with the kit, although a screw a few mm longer maybe needed in some cases... Sorry for the ugly print, apparently my first layer height is off a bit ;-) Edit-1: Just uploaded V-2 with countersunk mounting screw holes Edit-2: In my quest for the perfect Glass Hold-down Clamp I am added vet another version (V-3) This version has a small lip to hold the glass tight against the Heated Bed. It will rotate out of the way to remove the glass...or at least it should ;-) I will print some tonight when I get home and test it...results to follow... Print Settings Printer: Folger-Tech 2020 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .20mm Infill: 100% Notes: Print the following QTY (2) Brackets QTY (2) Mirrored Brackets Note: If you print the countersunk version orientate it however you want and use support if desired...I would flip it face down like the original with support. Post-Printing Mounting detials DO NOT drill out the 3mm mounting holes, they are undersized for a reason. This was designed for the screws to be screwed into place (locked). Screw them in until they just stop turning (snug), install the brackets and add the thumbscrews (nuts). This will keep the screws from spinning when adjusting your bed level. Although I use auto bed leveling I still like my bed as level as possible :) How I Designed This Designed with Solidworks with easy removal/replacement in mind I love printing on glass, but never liked the binder clips or having anything protruding above the surface of the glass. So I designed these for my FT printer and the aforementioned glass. Yes, the button head screw are still above the surface but but not in the print area. I will however post a version with countersinks for those who want it. Otherwise they do exactly what I want, they keep the glass in place while printing yet allow me to quickly remove/replace it for cleaning. I have two of these pieces of glass and they are almost exactly the same size so they switch out perfectly (your mileage my vary ;-). If you need them tweeted for your glass/printer let me know, I'll do my best to help...
