I appreciated the way the original design worked out, but struggled with sourcing the necessary hardware. To overcome this challenge, I revised the new version to accommodate a larger screw head diameter. This modification ensures that it fits perfectly with standard flat head hex countersunk screws measuring 6mm in size. The attached Solidworks drawing is available for reference, should you need to make any adjustments to the design. At this point, it appears robust enough; however, only time will tell if it stands up to further scrutiny.
