Solar food drier using a coated barrier to remove water - one of the problems with food driers is moisture accumulation. Recirculating air is provided by a small fan fed from a solar panel. The coated barrier can be folded (like air filter) to increase the area. Thanks to Žan Bukšek for the fan model.
