Food Tokens

Food Tokens

thingiverse

The first set of tokens are to facilitate food tracking in the roleplaying game I run. There are 1/2, 1 and 2 denominations, each with the units on the front and a food symbol on the back. Instructions Modeled in Carrara which doesn't export obj that Makerware can use. Normally load in Hexagon and export as STL, but for some reason Hexagon makes a hash of these objects. Instead exported as OBJ which Makerware loads and prints just fine. Printed in PLA at 14mm using 3 shells and 25% at the normal .27mm layer height. Bottom ridge is barely reproduced and appear to be some flaws due to the thinness of the token. The 4x23 array is arranged to avoid getting too close to the edge as I've had frequent peeling issues at either side. When I printed it the two left most tokens in the front rank were lost (the first at ~75% and the second at ~90%) but the rest came out okay.
