Foosball Ball Rack with mounting holes

<p>A value engineered remix of the Foosball Rack by TGrandclair with counter sunk mounting holes. Made slightly less chunky and added fillets to a several corners. On my printer went from 6hr print for the original to a 4hr print. Also uses less filament and still sufficiently sturdy for it's purpose.
