Foot Ankle and Shin

This robotic foot, ankle and shin is made of an aluminum allow that includes titanium and palladium. It is lightweight and yet very strong. There are pressure sensors/transducers in each toe and the heel. This will be part of a larger group where the operator does not have contact with the ground, but rather with the pressure sensors. The idea is to have an exoskeleton for forest fire fighters to wear so they can withstand tough conditions and hopefully we won't have to attend another group memorial like we just did in Prescott (AZ).
