Foot Drop Toe Up Brace Mounts

Foot Drop Toe Up Brace Mounts

thingiverse

This was designed to act as mounts for a customized homemade foot drop toe-up brace. It has a shoelace anchor which is designed to fit the first two rows of laces. It has four slots for small bungee cord hooks to mount on the anchor. There are also two "clips". They're actually more akin to loops. Either way, they've been designed to fit around my belt which is then secured around the leg just under the knee. These clips contain two slots each for the bungee cord hooks to mount. This is the first version of this device, so comments and critiques are very welcomed. I assume zero liability for anything which happens to happen to anyone from this device. It is intended to take an object which normally costs a person $100 (in this area) and drag its cost down to under $10. A sawed off cheap belt, four mini bungee cords, two clips and one anchor does a case of drop foot. Loop the bungees under the rest of your laces and it's not going to stick out too much. EDIT: I realized I uploaded the wrong version of the brace. I have updated the files and they should now be correct.
