I bring you a practical solution. For this gadget you need: MATERIALS: 2 screws M2x 10mm countersunk head. 2 bronze insert nuts 1 gouge handle 11mm (approx). 1 gouge shank 8mm (approx.) 1 M6x20mm flat head screw 1 screw M5x20mm countersunk head STEPS: 1- For both gouges, you have to file one side of the handles a little to fit into the hole. 2- For the small shank gouge, use the M5x20mm screw to fit the shank to the printed part. In the case of the large shank gouge, use the M6x20mm screw to fit the shank to the printed part. 3- Insert the bronze insert nuts into the small holes by heating them little by little until they manage to get in and stay in position. Note that the position is slightly inclined. 4- Place the desired razor blade according to the size indicated: For the large gouge: 9mm wide razor blades. For the small gouge: 5.9mm wide blades. 5- Tighten the knives with the M2 screws. English: Hello everyone! Please note that the position is slightly tilted. 4- Place the razor blade you want according to the indicated size: For the large gouge: the 9mm wide blades. for the small gouge: the 5.9mm wide blades. 5- Fasten the blades with the M2 screws.
