A foot pedal with a few extras. USB interface. Defaults to "CTRL-C" Adjustable spring tension Adjustable height switch Analogue potentiometer Force/Haptic feedback with rumble Daisy chainable Configurable keypresses on push AND release (e.g. You can end CTRL-C on press, and CTRL-V on release) Powered by Teensy 3 This is a pretty simple foot pedal with a switch and analogue feedback. It connects to USB and emulated a HID keyboard. Instructions You will need: =========== Some screws (TODO exactly what!) A cocktail stick A clothes peg Super Glue A "standard" size microswitch A potentiometer A Teensy 3.x dev kit Soldering iron + solder Wire What to do ======== Print all of the parts with 0.3mm layer and 20% infill. 1) Glue the pedal top plate to the bottom plate 2) Take the spring out of the peg. Give it a good unwinding to it is V shaped 3) Snap the cocktail stick to 25mm. 4) Put the spring in the underrside of the pedal and push the cockstail stick through the hole. 5) Glue the curved pot gear onto the pedal. 6) Take the base, and insert the potentiometer into the holder. 7) Screw the potentiometer into the holder and attach its large nut. 8) Slide the pot cog over the pot and glue in place. Before gluing make sure it will align with the pedal 9) attach the microswitch to the base using 2 screws 10) put a screw through the bottom of the base into the spring tensioner. Once it comes out through the top, place the pot cap on there 11) insert the optional rumble pack into the pedal bottom. Remember to peel the self adhesive tape 12) Solder all of the pots, switches leds and rumble packs to the Teensy. Make sure the Teensy is located correctly 13) screw the pedal into the the base 14) glue the front panel onto the base 15) atach the back panel with two M2 screws.
