After the straps on my Reebok RB 310 exercise bike broke, I thought I might be able to replicate them. I traced, scanned, and imported the image into Fusion 360. The result is a little crude but fits just fine. TPU filament is almost indestructible so I anticipate these will work as well as the originals if not better. You'll need a print bed that is at least 300 mm x 300 mm. I can't tell a significant difference between 15% and 100% infill. However, I'd recommend at least 3 shells/perimeters and 3 top and bottom layers.
