Anatomically correct model of stretching for the legs, actively used in the preparation of feet for the ballet. This model can be used both for printing and for using CNC machine tools. The model was prepared more for CNC using wood as the main material than for printing as its size and dimensions are not quite suitable for the working area of printing of many printers. Although if you wish, there are many slicers that are able to divide the model. This model is well suited for small manufactures seeking to expand their product range. Although if you are a master of your business and know what is going on here, then maybe this model will expand your range as well. It remains only to find a market)))  Dimensions of the model: 721x75mm. The process can be carried out in two scenarios. Printing or stitching CNC of a full cast non-cut model, and post-processing the lower parts of the workpiece to facilitate the details and add aesthetic value. The second technical process is the printing or processing of the cut blank. There may need additional cutting equipment and additional pressing equipment for sawing two blanks from the main common billet and their subsequent gluing. In any case, the temporary differences between these two technical processes are not so significant and depend on your equipment, tools and personal skills. (In the last photo, the finished product was manufactured on a CNC contouring machine according to the second process and gluing two blanks together under a press using Titebond III Ultimate glue.) The original Blender 3D file format is free and easy to learn. In the source code, the hierarchy of modifiers (mirror and surface subdivisions) is preserved, which significantly reduces the time for modifying and manipulating the object with the use of only a small number of vertices. P/S. The number of vertices in the preview model and the grid structure are distorted on purpose to exclude the possibility of grabbing the model through the browser, do not forget that this is a preview of the model that was made for the production of a real product and not digital graphics. To assess the quality of the grid, use images and not Marmoset.
