I used the file https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3018585 I then erased the helmet and made a new backing (for my team the browns) I also bought a chin strap and face guard off amazon (Adult size) The chin strap was 8 bucks and the face mask was on 7 bucks link below: https://www.amazon.com/Schutt-Vengeance-Varsity-Football-Faceguard/dp/B00DOJNSSA/ref=sr_1_2?_encoding=UTF8&c=ts&dchild=1&keywords=Football+Facemasks&qid=1627532699&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011&rnid=2470954011&rps=1&s=team-sports&sr=1-2&ts_id=3410641 I printed 2 layers on CR10S-Pro V2 with 25% infil. I printed on a slight 25% angle so no supports. I then coated it with epoxy resin for strength. As you can see, it turned out well. Now make one for your team and save yourself 300 dollars! Final thought, I recommend messing with the scale just a little bit. i made mine just a little to wide, but this was supposed to be just a test run. It was close enough and turned out so well, I am keeping it. Good luck.
