You can separate the two parts from each other by pushing a toothpick through the holes on the sides of the fist. i designed scales with two pieces.but added 1 piece too. after print each part glue them up. arm part is solid and print with one piece. just add a support blocker for hanging hole than use your support settings. i designed also a clever mounting system for combining scale and arm just push scale to the arms hole and its done. if you want to unlock it than push 2 toothpick from holes that on the sides of arm and its done. i added 3mf file for you for printing arm, if you want to set yourself please use lay flat command on cura and add a support blocker at the bottom on hanging hole. after prints you need a chain for assemble pots and scale. for that i screw to scale a screw with hole (i dont know what name is that but i added to photos) and small rings for the pot. make 3 holes to the pot and disturbite them 120 grad angle. if you want to buy a printed version of this you're wellcome to my etsy shop, https://www.etsy.com/listing/1218538517 fun prints!
