<h5>Ford 2000E Gear Stick Bush for 3 rail gearboxes</h5><p>This Gearbox was Used in the:</p><ul><li>Lotus Cortina</li><li>Ford Cortina</li><li>And many kit cars from the era</li></ul><p>1:1 model of the genuine replacement I've just sourced. Hopfully I can save someone money.</p><p>My '68 Marcos 1600GT has a 5.5mm roll pin but I believe smaller roll pins may exist so I've attached a few versions with different roll pin holes. I'd recommend to print with a thick wall and drill to size for your application.</p><p>I've successfully printed and tested an ABS version (0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, 4 layer walls, 40% infill) but obviously&nbsp;won't be using that long term as it's not oil resistant. Polishing the "ball" to a smooth finish wasn't required, but mileage may vary.</p><p>It's a mechanically abused part so print with many wall layers, lots of infill and high fusion temperatures. Don't use PLA, it'll melt and/or deform very quickly.</p><p>Pictures attached show the machined nylon version <i>(It's nice but not worth £25).</i>&nbsp;</p><p>The spring collar serves no real purpose and it makes the part infinitely more difficult to print. As such I've attached two sets of STL files. If more customisation is required you can access the full model with the attached .SLDPRT file.</p><p>Published under GNU3.0 to encourage commercialisation, print some high-quality parts and sell them.
