This is a 3D printed die and punch used to form a thin piece of stainless steel metal with a groove feature for encouraged sealing. This form is not intended to be used to defeat emissions systems, the form is only meant to provide means for creating one's own EGR cooler gasket. It is up to the user to drill/cut the required holes to finish the gasket. I credit the idea to TooManyToys and his EGR youtube video. This is a variant method than the one that he proposes in his video. This method uses the same metal as defined in his video. Metal used in the photos: McMaster - 9090K3 Corrosion-Resistant 316 Stainless Steel Strip, 0.015" Thick, 2" x 12" To use this form, you'll need to use strong backs such as 0.25" steel or something else in order to provide the rigidity to form the metal.
