Clutch alignment tool for the 1.3 8v Rocam as used in the MK5 Fiesta. It probably works for similar age KAs and some other vehicles but I haven't checked. 15mm diameter into the flywheel/crank. 17mm inner diameter on the clutch and 17 teeth. Use a nut/bolt or even just a knotted piece of string down the centre to join the two pieces together and avoid breakage during removal. Print with the cylinder stood up for a good fit and the ring flat for good strength to pull the tool out.
