Ford Fiesta ST Pedal Spacer

Ford Fiesta ST Pedal Spacer

The Mk7 Ford Fiesta ST is a great car in many ways, but the pedals are not set up for easy heel-toe shifting. This spacer sits between the firewall and the throttle pedal assembly and allows you to get some of that sweet heel-toe action and impress all your friends at the parking lot. This spacer is designed to take leverage the capabilities of 3D printing by incorporating a profile that puts material where it's needed most. The result is a spacer that gives you the height you need without eating your spools. I printed a 50 mm spacer with only 75 grams of filament. This comes in three thicknesses, but custom thicknesses are available upon request. Hardware needed: 2 - M8x1.25 coupling nuts, 20-25 mm long, stainless steel 2 - M8x1.25 flanged hex bolts, 15-30 mm long depending on spacer thickness, stainless steel I recommend having an assortment of lengths on hand. Tools needed: 13 mm socket with a good 6 inches/150 mm of extension Blue thread lock
