This is a design part, not a finished accessory. Ford motors introduced a new mobile accessory mounting system starting in 2022 models. The first model with this system is the 2022 Maverick. Other Ford models are expected to follow this same approach using FITS as a standard accessory mounting platform.

This shoe is the part that slides into the FITS receptacle - you should use it like a part - add it to accessories you are designing that you want to be able to work with FITS connectors. Note- Ford has provided design guidance for vehicle compatibility - for instance - Ford specifies that any FITS accessories should have a minimum breakaway threshold of 17lbs. Do see the design guidelines in the link below for more information.

ATTRIBUTION: This part was cut out of the cup holder model supplied by Ford as a reference - here: https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos/owner-resources/vehicle-documents/how-do-i-use-3d-printing-to-customize-my-ford-maverick-pickup/

There is a copy of the original cup holder on Thingiverse posted by Redbaron97, but as far as I can tell, that's just a copy of what was downloaded from the ford site referenced above, so I will not attribute to that.

The shoe itself was not provided by Ford in a fashion that is easily consumable by 3D printing designers (STL files were not provided). This model is a derivation, a sub part, of the information provided by ford, designed to be used as a tool to make FITS compatible accessories.
