Ford Freestar key FOB case with key ring attachment

A case for the Ford Freestar (2006) key fob that has a broken key ring loop. This case has a new, more sturdy key ring loop. File off the remains of the existing loop, pop the fob into this case and you are ready to go. (A dob of silicon caulk or glue will ensure it doesn't come out.) Mine has worked flawlessly since Jan. 2015 ... probably the most useful thing I have ever made! Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill: 100% Notes: Print with 100% fill density and supports touching the build plate. 0.1 mm or 0.2 mm layer height should be fine. How I Designed This Designed in AutoDesk Inventor. I modeled the fob itself, made a slightly bigger block for the case and then 'cut' the fob model from the case. Shockingly it worked first time :)
