Badge for 6.0L Ford Powerstroke designed with TinkerCad. approx. 6 inches long and 4 inches wide. *The picture above has the brim still attached; I decided it looked nice so I kept it. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa Mendel I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 20-30% Notes: Printed with a .4 nozzle with two outer shells, two top and bottom layers, and .3 resolution. Used white PLA at 210C and heated bed at 55C. I would also advise to print with a brim to reduce curling, although I didn't have any problems whatsoever.
