A reworked version of my foreskin restoration device. I added a couple of hooks to the outside tube in order to hang weights for more tension. I wear it all day under my slacks and boxers without issue. There is also an open tube so you do not need to remove it in order to urinate, but I do suggest sitting down to avoid spash.
