The door slide that comes with these from the factory are simply just junk. They are flimsy plastic that break, tear, come loose, shift, sway and just plain irritate the heck out of you. I designed this to replace the factory slide using double sided tape instead of screws which do not tend to stay put in the flimsy RV walls. It is 11mm from the floor to the bottom of the slide bed (the part that goes under the door). It is about 1/4" off the wall. Installation: Apply double sided tape to the thick upper side and stick to the wall where you removed your old slide. The indent on that same side was designed to clear the floor trim on my RV. You should measure yours to ensure this will fit your use case.
