I have a very old Garmin ForeTrex 101 that has a missing back. This was something quick I knocked together. Fit is a bit tight, so you'll need to do some finishing with sandpaper or a dremel. However, with the strap, it's better than loose batteries. This thing was made with Tinkercad.
