Fits inside the bottom of a bike fork and allows it to be used for storage. I liked the idea of a fork cork but not really available here in Australia, and couldn't find one suitable for a 25mm(1 inch) inside diameter tube. i used with a length of 40mm pvc clear hose with 24mm outside diameter and 19 inside diameter, also requires a m8 50mm coach bolt and wing nut for tool less operation.
